New Backside Cleanser is Environmentally Friendly, Safe, and Effective
RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 15, 2016 / — People of all ages have a new way to Get Clean in Between™ with the launch of Fresh Assist®, a unique cleansing, soothing, non-irritating product you simply spray on toilet paper to improve the backside cleaning process. It turns almost any toilet paper into a wipe that can be safely flushed, so it won’t cause damage to plumbing and septic systems or clog municipal sewage plants. Check out our single and two packs on Amazon.
Fresh Assist discovered that many people don’t know how to get cleaner after going number two. Watch our embedded video to see how we we’ve caught them on camera scratching away at their backsides. We call this UBI (Under-wiped Butt Itch) and Fresh Assist solves UBI by wetting toilet paper just enough to get much cleaner than just using regular toilet paper alone, thus eliminating the need to itch and adjust undergarments.
“It’s a lot easier to get a cleaner backside with moistened toilet paper and I was frustrated with the current products on the market,” said Howard Deskin, Founder and CEO of Fresh Assist. “My family started using baby wipes and then flushable wipes a few years ago to get clean. Our bathroom toilets kept getting clogged and the culprit was always a stuck wipe or two. I decided there had to be a better way.” It took Deskin a few years to perfect the formula, and needless to say many uncomfortable experiments.
Fresh Assist® spray is recommended for any age, but is proving to be especially helpful for people suffering from irritable bowel diseases such as Crohn’s and Colitis.
The product is also available for purchase on the Fresh Assist Website. It comes in two scents — Soothing Lavender and Cooling Chamomile — in a single 2-ounce bottle or a 2 pack. On average a bottle will last a regular user for a month or more. Fresh Assist® retails for $12.99 for a two-pack, $6.99 for singles. The product is available in select stores and Deskin hopes to secure more shelf space in environmentally friendly retailers in coming months.
